This is another great recipe for overnight guests or for a quick easy lunch.
Flemish Ham
Ingredients
Quantities depend on how many you are feeding
Beer
Bread
Ham
Cheddar cheese
Cayenne pepper
Method
- Dip slices of bread in beer and bake in the oven until brown.
- Place a slice of ham (not Parma ham) on each slice and cover with grated cheese and a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- Grill in the oven until the cheese is melted.
- Cut into triangles.
