Flemish Ham

This is another great recipe for overnight guests or for a quick easy lunch.

Flemish Ham

 

Ingredients

Quantities depend on how many you are feeding

Beer
Bread
Ham
Cheddar cheese
Cayenne pepper

Method

  1. Dip slices of bread in beer and bake in the oven until brown.
  2. Place a slice of ham (not Parma ham) on each slice and cover with grated cheese and a pinch of cayenne pepper.
  3. Grill in the oven until the cheese is melted.
  4. Cut into triangles.
