This recipe is always a hit at tea parties and for lunch with friends. It can be made the day before and reheated just before serving.
1 cup chopped onion
3 cups grated marrow
3 tbsp butter
3 eggs beaten
375ml grated cheddar cheese
1 pkt white onion soup powder
- Preheat the oven to 180˚C.
- Cook the onion and marrow in the butter until dry.
- Add the eggs, cream, milk, cheese and soup and mix through.
- Place in a dish and bake for 30minutes.
