Ice Cream

A friend of mine recently shared this recipe with me.  It is such an easy and most delicious recipe, with the added bonus of you being able to make the flavour of your choice. 

Ice Cream



Base for all Ice cream flavours

500ml fresh cream
397g tin condensed milk
Add the following for your flavour of choice

Vanilla Ice Cream 
5ml vanilla essence

Chocolate Ice Cream
60ml cocoa powder

5ml almond essence (optional but gives awesome flavour)

To finish
Lindt chocolate finely chopped


  1. Whip the cream into soft peaks.  It must be soft peaks, otherwise it ends up tasting like butter and sticking to your palate.
  2. Slowly mix in the condensed milk followed by your flavouring of choice.
  3. Lastly fold in the Lindt chocolate and place in the freezer until set.
