Oriental Sweet and Sour Sauce
120ml white wine vinegar
200ml chicken stock
10ml grated fresh ginger
20ml soya sauce
20ml tomato paste
30ml corn flour
- Heat all the ingredients except the corn flour in a saucepan.
- Mix the corn flour with a little water and stir into the sauce.
- Stir over a medium heat until the sauce has thickened.
