Cremora Fridge Tart

Cremora is a powdered non dairy coffee creamer which is suitable for use by lactose intolerant people – but why stop at using it in your coffee when you can use it to make a fridge tart and even better, when the recipe only has 2 steps – perfect.  You can take it a step a step further just before serving by grating milk or dark chocolate over the top.

Cremora Fridge Tart



1 packet tennis biscuits
1 tin condensed milk
1 cup cremora
½ cup lemon juice
½ cup water


  1. Layer the bottom of a dish with the biscuits.
  2. Combine all the other ingredients and pour over the biscuits and refrigerate.

  1. That looks perfect, even the slice it looks like it was measured in a precise manner and laser cut. Looks simple but I really think that would taste good.


    • Hi Nicky, my apologies for such a late response. I am not sure why it never set. Any chance you possibly forgot to add the lemon juice? Sadly I think starting over would be the only way to fix the problem. Have a super day. 🙂 x
