Hi Tes, these really are fabulous!
And Rita keeps putting on weight… These are lovely and my husband loves coconut!! 😛
You are so funny Rita 😀 – I must admit though that with these super yummy little date balls, both my husband and I battle to have only a couple at a time!
With a good dollop of booze added, these would be wonderful Xmas treats!

These really are super easy to make and to save time, you can press them into a dish and cut them into squares. Have a super day and thanks for stopping by. 🙂 xo
Ah, thanks. Great tip to cut them into squares – even faster to make before I gobble them all up 😉 Thanks for visiting my page.
It can be a little tedious rolling the balls. Have a super day. 🙂 xo
Hi. How long can this stay for?
If you store them in the fridge, they will last a good couple of weeks. 🙂
Hi, how many dateballs comes out?
It all depends on how big you roll then or how thick you pack them into a container to slice into square but you should get a good few dozen with rolling them. Have a super day and hope you enjoy these when you make them. 🙂 xo
Silly question but if I don’t want to use dates what else would you suggest?
Hi Julie, I guess you could replace the dates with raisins – soak them in hot water first though. Not sure you will get the same texture. Hope that helps. Have a super day. 🙂
Looks very yummy
They are very moreish Avril. Have a super day. 🙂
