What an amazing giveaway!

“After years of having a dog, you know him. You know the meaning of his snuffs and grunts and barks. Every twitch of the ears is a question or statement, every wag of the tail is an exclamation.”
― Robert McCammon, Boy’s Life

No we haven’t gone barking mad.  We’re celebrating because Paddington, our Golden Retriever, turns 14 YEARS OLD TODAY! To be sure, he’s a tad worn around the edges but still as handsome as ever, full of mischief and in fact he thinks he’s still a puppy!

To celebrate this auspicious day, Mr T and I are excited to give you the opportunity to download our 2 new kindle books for free, that’s right FREE but ensure that you download them from the Amazon website between August 25 and August 29 as they are only free for 5 days! There’s a link to each book below the book description.

  1. Happy Birthday to your furbaby, Paddington! I hope there are lots of treats and belly rubs in his future 🙂

I just discovered your site while searching for traditional South African recipes and I am looking forward to perusing your posts. It turns out that you and I have the same cookbook, “Bon apepetit, Mr. President”. I had purchased this book as a souvenir while in Cape Town and have enjoyed it immensely. Wishing you all the best, Deborah

    • Hi Deborah, I am so pleased you came across my site. Hope you find some inspiring recipes. I need to get my copy of the book out again. I go through stages of using recipe books. Have a happy day. 🙂 xo
