I originally started my blog which was then named “The Complete Cook Book” after I wrote my first book while living in Mauritius.

After sharing my book through many fun entries, my posts started encompassing more about our life and not just about food and recipes which has made getting to know fellow bloggers so much more meaningful.

I am in the throws of writing my second book, so with time, I may even get around to sharing that here too.

Hope you enjoy the journey with me as I grow as a blogger and writer.

    • Hi MM, welcome and thanks for stopping by. I thoroughly enjoyed writing my first book – being about food and recipes, it was an easy write. My second one is proving to be somewhat more difficult. I am still new to Lightroom too. Enjoying learning the programme. Have a super day. πŸ™‚

  2. Hi – I was telling my husband how as a teenager i used to are microwave fudge with condensed lid and icing sugar. He looked at me and said, after 27 years, now you tell me? It was while we lived in SA, as we grew up there. I couldn’t find it despite searching the internet, and there you have it. Thank you so much! He’s already bought the ingredients so I need to make a move!
