Just like the Meat Marinade, this is especially nice when you braai (barbecue) your chicken. The coals add a nice smokey flavour to the chicken and marinade. A super tasty accompaniment to this meal is my Noodle Salad alternatively try this delicious Pasta Salad.
Chicken Marinade
Ingredients
½ cup cooking oil
½ cup vinegar
1 tsp mustard powder
6 tbsp tomato sauce
½ tsp dried sweet basil
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 garlic cloves chopped
Few shakes Worcestershire sauce
Blob Mrs Balls chutney
Method
- Mix all the ingredients together and use to marinate your chicken pieces.
