Cremora is a powdered non dairy coffee creamer which is suitable for use by lactose intolerant people – but why stop at using it in your coffee when you can use it to make a fridge tart and even better, when the recipe only has 2 steps – perfect. You can take it a step a step further just before serving by grating milk or dark chocolate over the top.
Cremora Fridge Tart
Ingredients
1 packet tennis biscuits
1 tin condensed milk
1 cup cremora
½ cup lemon juice
½ cup water
Method
- Layer the bottom of a dish with the biscuits.
- Combine all the other ingredients and pour over the biscuits and refrigerate.
