  1. I just stumbled across your web page. I don’t Tweet and only sometimes FB but I will follow you via the internet.

    I’m very interested in receiving The Complete Cook Book’s Kitchen Guide.

    I’m constantly trying to learn more about cooking since my mother died when I was young and didn’t have the benefit of her passing down her knowledge/skills/talent of baking and cooking.

    I hope to learn a lot of tips and skills though people like yourself who love to share what they have learned.

  4. Hi just found your page whilst looking for information on cake tin conversion. I wish to make madiera cake for granddaughters birthday. Recipe I wish to use is for a Loaf Tin 8inch. I want to make it in round tin. Can you advise me as to what size tin I should use.

    • Hi Margaret, my apologies for such a late reply. I have been on holiday so nowhere near my computer. You can use either a 9 x 2 inch or 8 x 8 x 2 inch round tin.

    • Hi UDay. My sincerest apologies for the delay in replying. I am not sure where you are in the world but most grocery stores and markets sell figs, depended on the time of year of course. Hope you can find some. πŸ™‚
